Coin Error
The interest which coin collectors have in coin error examples is understandable due to the additional rarity aspect which includes the fact that they are usually complete accidents caused in the minting process and the fact that they are exceptionally less common than any other type of coin appointment.
Modern coins with errors are quite rare among the more modern coins due to the standards and technologies used to manufacture them. Strike errors are sought after for these exact reasons and will almost always have a higher coin value among numismatists. Die error coins will potentially bring even higher values as they are even more prized by many collectors.
